I don't think you can have love without trust but you can trust without love. I trust Rod. I also have a friend that I trust with my life. It's funny in that I was just talking to her before I read this. I call her my "unconditional" because she loves me and has my back, whatever may come. She knows enough that she could destroy my life if she chose, but I trust her not to.
Yep I have a couple of girls like that. I just found it interesting that it was a comment about a him and not about a her. Most of the time it is her you can trust (like in the cases of our friends) but the lover on the other hand not so sure about that. Also if you have been hurt by a lover usually you can't trust as much as you love the 2nd time around or if you do it is a very long time down the road and by then the lover may have given up on being trusted and moved on. I guess am I just finding a lot of things that make me question relationships these days....think it has a great deal to do with the holidays and the guy that lives with me shares nothing of my interests.....oh my enough of that!!!
